On the fourth evening of our trip to visit Grandma Joy and Grandpa Pat Eli began to run a low fever. Now, I do tend to over react when my children get sick mostly because my kids are rarely ever really sick (honestly I can't even remember Eli running a fever ever before this incident), and also because generally speaking whenever I get sick it is something pretty bad (mono, blood infection, food poisoning, etc.). So the next morning we headed to the Quick Med Clinic to get him checked out. Low and behold he had a slight ear infection and possibly chicken pox. Well....the pox never really showed, just one on his back, but the fever stuck around until Wednesday morning, then we headed home. Eli still isn't feeling really well, and more spots have arrived to join the party so we are headed to our Family doctor today.
