Hannah came home Monday with her first real classwork. (They did things last week but it was more getting them used to school, how to behave, learning the rules, etc.) This week they are learning the letter A and the number 1. It was very exciting. Hannah had to find something small in the house that started with A. Seriously, it was about an hour worth of, "What does chair start with? How about light switch? Couch? Fish? Baby?" She really is excited about learning. We finally settled on a small apple and an appatasaurus (or however you spell it). Both were small enough to fit in the letter bag and they both start with A!!
